Screenings:
- Thursday's Fictions and Down Time Jaz screened at the Singapore Arts Festival on June 5, 2010. Director/Choreographer Richard James Allen attended the screening and gave a Masterclass in dance film, focusing on the nexus between direction and choreography, with particular reference to new technology and spirituality.
- Forthcoming screenings of Physical TV's mixed reality dance film Entanglement Theory include: in competition Cinema D’Arte at the Festival Internazionale Del Cinema D’Arte in Bergamo, Italy from 16 to 24 July 2010; at the Museum of Fine Arts in Fort Worth, Texas, from July 10 to 25, 2010; at Wallpaper Dance in Trieste, Italy between August 21 and September 12, 2010; at montage 2010 in Johannesburg, South Africa in September 2010; and at InShadow International festival of video, performance and technologiesl in Lisbon, Portugal, between December 7 and 10, 2010.
- Entanglement Theory has been acquired for four broadcasts on ABC TV in Australia.
- Entanglement Theory first screened at III Mostra Internacional de Videodança de São Carlos, São Paulo, Brazil, on November 25, 2009; and shortly thereafter at DANSCAMDANSE 2009, Ghent, Belgium, between November 26 and 27; 2009. The 35mm film print of the film, generously supported by Deluxe Australia, was first shown at New York’s Dance on Camera Festival as part of the animation program on Sunday January 31. Further screenings have since taken place at the 9th Annual U-M Dance on Camera Festival in Michigan between February 20 and 21, 2010 and the San Diego/Tijuana DANCEonFILM Festival between February 24 and 27th, both as part of the Dance on Camera Touring Program; at the Loikka Dance Film Festival in Helsinki, Finland, between March 25 and 27, 2010; International Video Dance Festival of Burgundy in France on May 7; at Napolidanza in Italy on May 14 or 15, 2010; and Dungog Film Festival in regional New South Wales, Australia on Saturday May 29, 2010.
- Along with Entanglement Theory , two other Physical TV films screened recently in Brazil - Breathe (Dance Film) and Thursday's Fictions at III Mostra Internacional de Videodança de São Carlos in São Paulo, Brazil in November 2009.

- Identity in Motion: Karen Pearlmanscreened at WOW Film Festival 2009 ~ World of Women, in Sydney, and at Dungog Film Festival country New South Wales between May 27 and 39, 2010.
- Breathe (Dance Film) earlier screened at Cinéma Des Antipodes in Saint Tropez, France and Napolidanza in Naples, Italy.

- Dr Karen Pearlman presented a free screening of international dance films from the moves touring collection at 7pm on Thursday June 18th, 2009 at AFTRS
- Thursday's Fictions screened at Edinburgh's Dance: Film 09 May 2009, receiving the "highest accolade" from Eye for Film: "At a time when fantasy is generally dumbed-down for Hollywood , it raises the genre back to the inspirational heights of its birthright...The film is a triumph."
- Sleepwalking Music Video screened at SoundKILDA Festival in May 2009

- Dr Karen Pearlman to give a talk "Genre is not a dirty word"at “Friday on My Mind” on Friday, September 10th at 5 pm in the AFTRS Theatre (130 Bent St, Moore Park). Admission is free. In the latest issue of "Lumina, the AFTRS Journal of Screen Arts and Business", Karen writes: “Genres is an innocent victim in the high art vs. low art wars”. On Friday she’ll be talking with “Friday on My Mind” moderator Rachael Turk about how genre can make our stories bigger than ourselves, why she thinks magic realism is such a good genre for Australians, genre as myth and metaphor, why the musical is back and more
- Dr Richard James Allen gave a Masterclass in dance film at the Singapore Arts Festival to coincide with screenings of Thursday's Fictions and Down Time Jaz to screen at the Singapore Arts Festival on June 5, 2010.
- Richard James Allen danced in Lament of the Argentine Military, Tarryn Gill and Pilar Mata Dupont's new visual art and dance film work for the Biennale of Sydney 2010, to be shown on Cockatto Island from May 12 to August 1, 2010.
