Approached with a lyrical, dancerly, body-intuitive flow, it is a chance to explore the range of possibilities that Yoga has to offer, with a different sequence of postures being taught each class. Drawing on his years of training and experience in different styles of yoga, dance and the performing arts, Yoga Teacher Richard James Allen's classes are athletic but graceful. Different levels are catered for in a warm and friendly environment, with various options and appropriate challenges being offered for different levels of experience.
